1) Is the camera powered by DC power? Is it POE power? If it is POE power, are the orange LED and green LED on the POE SW working properly?
  The orange LED is the power LED and the green LED is the network LED.

2) Run SMART MANAGER and check if the camera is detected.

3) Run SMART MANAGER and check if the camera is detected.

4) Check the condition of the RJ45 connector.

5) Check the cable length.
    UTP cables have CAT5 and CAT6 standards, and depending on the distance, CAT5 is recommended up to 80M, and CAT6 allows normal network operation up to 120M.
    If the network connection is ON/OFF during the PING TEST, request the installer to check the cable and take action

6) If you re-supply power to the camera (DC adapter power, POE power), it may work normally.
    If the problem occurs again after rebooting the power and it works normally, please contact the manufacturer for action
